Donald J. Trump, Trump's Meltdown

“I am awesome!” – Donald Trump

“I am exceptionally smart” he said.” “I’m, like, a very smart person,” he assured voters in 2016, “A very stable genius,” he ruled two years later.

And then, on last April 24, this exceptionally smart, very stable genius comes out with this unbelievable statement suggesting “injection” of disinfectant to beat coronavirus and “clean” the lungs. No modern politician anywhere in the world can match and surpass Trump’s record of irrational or illogical statements.

Trump is in a class of its own.

His constant careless and too often delusional statements definitely invited questions about his intelligence and actual state of mind.

When Rex Tillerson called Trump a “moron” in private, he was absolutely right. So where all other former senior administration officials that did the same or rendered equivalent verdicts.

Trump is a megalomaniac.

Since long before his 2016 campaign, few subjects have been as meaningful to him as appraisals of his intellect. For Trump, it always has been a source of perpetual obsession and manifest insecurity, so much, that he always felt and still do feel the need to allude to his brainpower regularly.

Trump does not want to feel like anybody is better than he is. He cannot deal with that and this is the reason why he his so often dismissing doctors and their opinions. He used to be intimidated by lawyers. Anyone who knows more than he does makes him feel less than he is.

Don’t get me wrong, I always cheer the underdog and applaud when they win. But if I was still be praising Trump, I would have to question my own sanity!

I now believe that it is time to go nuclear on Trump.

The only remedy is the 25th Amendment.

Are the media more to blame than Trump for the white supremacist rhetoric surge?

From Trump to Fox News to 8chan: the web of white supremacist rhetoric is wide

Since 16 June 2015, the day he rode an escalator down to the lobby of Trump Tower, Trump has made fear of immigrants and those who might look like immigrants, the central theme of his campaigns and his administrative priorities. Trump is a politician perfectly fitted for a media ecosystem that amplifies extreme emotions, resists complex or nuanced thought, impedes deliberation and allows the loud to drown out the calm. Regardless of his tweets and speeches, his actions have inspired and emboldened violent bigots.

It’s hard in the heat of the moment, in the face of so much suffering and horror, to look at the entire ecosystem that fosters and encourages such thought and action. There are no simple, straightforward causes for this phenomenon. There is no simple “solution”. There is not one distinct medium to blame. White nationalists are savvy about how they work our dynamic, interconnected media ecosystem. Some are even savvier than the journalists who write about them and definitely know to exploit the weaknesses of the system. When they post screeds on forums such as 8Chan, white nationalists intend for police and journalists to quote directly from them and spread their messages farther than they could themselves. Their claims and terms of choice leap from the dark recesses of small, discrete groups into wider circulation. Coverage and quotes echo around mainstream news reports, then get recirculated even farther and revised into vernacular commentary via amateur posts to Twitter, WhatsApp and Facebook. Facebook’s algorithms are designed to amplify content that generates strong emotions and thus, user reactions. Individuals add their own perspectives, reaction to the supremacist’s events and gelling into new forms and new expressions via Facebook and Twitter. What rises on Twitter tends to echo on Facebook and vice versa. Soon images and messages are bouncing back and forth, getting picked up by cable news, newspapers and news sites.

Every player in this complex ecosystem enhances, amplifies and changes the story and the message. The spectacle is the reward. For violent white nationalists and all other propagandists of all kinds and gender, this is an ideal media system. Their numbers can grow once their messages don’t seem so jarring and outside the bounds of normal conversation. The rhetoric of violent white supremacy like for the rhetoric of LGBT groups, the #MeToo movement has become common, almost normal. More and more people find homosexuality, lesbianism, white nationalism and so on, viable and acceptable.

Many, like for any other deviant philosophy and way of life, become less willing to condemn discrimination, racism and bigotry and mainstream media, journalists and pundits, like it or not, by their continuous insistence on reporting and commenting on Trump’s elucubrations are only contributing to convince a growing majority of their audience to grant racists the benefit of the doubt and take their concerns seriously.

In a world of increasing poverty and misery, more and more people might find white nationalism a comfortable world view, one that satisfies a once-latent urge to bond only with those like them and blame problems on those unlike them.

It is about time for all media to realize that without them, like for all deviant groups, Trump is nothing.

Looking for signs

What is wrong with you people; can’t you read the signs?
The final countdown | by: Michel Ouellette JMD

“A magic show is no magic, but merely illusion. Magicians simply know something you don’t: how the trick works.”

Was there ever an infallible prophet?

People subconsciously make hundreds if not thousands of tiny predictions each day. The human brain knows what is going to happen before it does. When watching everyday activity unfold, one makes predictions about what will happen a few seconds out and, most of the time, these predictions are right. Such successful predictions are associated with the subjective experience of a smooth stream of consciousness.

Life is just plain easier when you can see what is ahead of you

Some individuals have very poor vision; their most refined skill seems to be constantly and unavoidably running into brick walls. Some others possess simply adequate vision; they surely can avoid the obvious speed bumps, but surely always fail to stand out from the crowd. And then, there are the ones, who possess that legendary vision that everyone is talking about; these are the rare few who can see around the corners and really foretell both, the near and far future.

Everyonecan learn to see around corners

The only, true and real, secret to understand and predict the future is to sincerely, deeply and thoroughly understand past history and human nature. People and past events are the key indications to the future. It is human nature that paves the path into the future. Today’s decisions and actions, good and bad, rightful or evil, are now shaping tomorrow’s reality. Everyone with a very good understanding of the human nature and past history can adequately predict the future. Engage with people, understand their motivations, understand their aspirations, learn about their past and their future will be revealed. A magic show is no magic, but merely illusion. Magicians simply know something you don’t: how the trick works.

Understanding Motivations

One never knows or understands a person until one knows what motivates that person. Predicting the future is merely reasonably predicting the natural and rational consequences of today’s observable events and actual actions or reactions of people to such events according to their instruction, their social background, their education, motivations and aspirations. Their motivations and aspirations speak to who a person is, what one values, how one works, and why one does what he or she does. Know one thoroughly, predict is future and the shape of events.

Seeing Through the Rhetoric

More important than what a person says is what that person does. Observe the decisions they make, the decisions they don’t make, the relationships they value, the relationships they don’t value), the courage they display, the courage they fail to display, the challenges they accept, the challenge they walk away from and predict their future. Observation and understanding is key to predicting the future. There is no reason to be surprised by tomorrow, unless you fail to accurately observe and understand what his really happening today.

Look for the Signs

Few things will help discern the future of a culture, of a society, of a person, of a career, of a project, of a product, or company like taking a close look into the character and commitment of the people involved. The signs of times are always clearly visible to those who look. Visionaries can always clearly see the reality of a situation rather than the illusion of such reality. True visionaries can tell between illusion and reality of an event or circumstance. They refrain from the common delusion of seeing what they choose to see and base their predictions on a realistic interpretation of the signs.

Changing the Future

Learn about yourself today and become very intentional about developing those skills that will allow you to build your preferred future. Look around you for people of influence in learn to know them. You cannot effectively positively impact on those you don’t know and don’t understand. Fail to do so, fail to understand their motivation and aspirations and build yourself a failed future. Focus on those skills and qualities that are appealing to human nature. Observe and understand the signs of times, and learn to adapt to the changing times. Become a better self and you will not only predict the future, you will have the power to influence and change it in your favor.

There is no secret in predicting the future. All what it takes is time, time to observe and time to understand.

Another alternative would be to write the book after the fact.

Climatic Change or Mankind Inanity

What is wrong with you people; can’t you read the signs?
The final countdown | by: Michel Ouellette JMD

Climate change and poor planning are worsening the toll in lives and money that natural disasters wreak worldwide.

Natural disasters and climatic changes around the world are claiming more and more lives and costing billions of dollars in damage; not because their intrinsic nature, but only because of our poor judgment and planning.

Natural disasters, cataclysmic events and poor weather always have been and always will be. When there were only a few thousand or million people on earth, there were no highways, no high-rises, no infrastructures, no power plants, very few to kill and almost nothing to destroy. There were no medias.

Today, according to the United Nations experts, the direct economic cost of all disasters that happened since 2000 is estimated to roughly $1.4 trillion; the total price tag on people’s livelihoods and the wider economy having never fully been counted. Japan’s earthquake and tsunami of 2011 was probably the most costly natural disaster in history. Superstorm Sandy cost the United States more than $50 billion. , Following the unprecedented Russian summer of 2010 when heat waves claimed 55,000 lives, record wildfires burned through millions of acres of forest. The same thing happened both in The United States and Australia.

The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reported last year that droughts and heat waves are growing harsher and longer in many regions, causing deaths, fires and crop failure. When rain does come, it is often more intense, causing flooding and landslides. Meanwhile, rising sea levels increase the height and damage potential of storm surges in coastal areas.

If we can predict and forecast all of this, why don’t we act accordingly?

In 2005, the Hyogo Framework for Action was adopted to encourage countries to become more resilient in the face of natural disasters. But the Global Assessment Report reveals that efforts have had limited success so far. 121 countries have passed legislation for reducing disaster risks since 2005, and more than half of the governments have made substantial progress in assessing and monitoring the risks their people face. But this has had no discernible effect on disaster losses, which continue to stack up around the world.

Don’t blame any God, blame yourself

So far, each step towards a global framework for addressing disasters has been framed by massive natural events. The Hyogo Framework was established in Kobe, Japan, as bodies were still being recovered from the Indian Ocean tsunami of 2004. The recent disasters casting shadows on this year’s event brought greater attention to the likelihood that climate change is worsening the intensity of weather events. Other than climate change, reckless urban development, the exploitation of groundwater, and deforestation are increasing the likelihood of disasters large and small, and weaken the resilience of communities to withstand them. The Global Assessment Report highlighted that many people suffering the worst effects of climate disasters are not the ones contributing to them.

Dumber and Dumber

Keep on building and living in the path of volcanoes, tsunamis and super storms. Yes, this view on the ocean, on the lake, on the river, on the mountain is beautiful. What the heck, I have insurances.

Castrate them and hang them!
The final countdown | by: Michel Ouellette JMD

http://www.aljazeera.com/news/asia/2014/01/indian-rape-victim-under-police-protection-201412691939228509.html

Woman allegedly attacked as “punishment” to be relocated after being shunned by villagers, says state politician.

This is great, what a bunch of ass-holes and degenerates!

Now we have to protect the victim of rapes; the victim is victimized because she has been raped?

Women, buy yourself a gun and shoot the bastards! No, Buy yourself a rusted knife and castrate the bastards and, don’t trust or rely on these policemen to protect you; they are probably rapists themselves.

Ladies, wake up!

Your men are no men, they are beasts with no balls and no brain; they are big walking penises looking to rape anything women, child or young girl walking on the street; stay away of them and away of anyone that fraternized with them.

They are out there to abuse you. If not for you, do it for your children.

Note:

This is not a professional statement this is an absolutely emotional one.

This is not so often that I formulate so harsh comments; usually, I am quite Zen. But this is absolutely and totally unacceptable in whatever society of today’s world and whoever endorse or tolerate such a situation or participate in such in abomination shall be considered a rapist himself or herself and be burned alive on the public place.

Definitely to be continued… and I dare you ….

Phil Robertson

Phil Robertson in A&E’s ‘Duck Dynasty.’

If any given religion and its Holy S***, sorry Holy Scriptures can be used to support diametrically opposed conclusions about how to live our life, why should religious and spiritual faith be taken seriously?

For one, homosexuality is a sin according to the holy s***, for the other, according to the Holy Scriptures, “Who are we to judge?”

According to the world’s most durable religion, acting under the obligation of universal love, one should, endure everything including evil and on the other hand shall ban all evil from one’s life. What is it: “Hate sin and love the sinner?”

What is wrong about loving the rightful? Are both the sinner and the rightful the same?

There is definitely something wrong with all this Holy S***!

Shall we love gay and lesbians or lapidate them? If we love them should we allow same sex marriage?

Shall we love murderers and abortionists? If we love them, should we hate their victims?

My own sympathies are with all those who understand and realize that our lives are now, like always before, being shaped and regulated by culture, which is a human product and absolutely not by divine command.

Yes I would agree that we should absolutely love our “neighbor”, our “brothers” and “sisters” however, are the thieves, the adulteries, the rapists, the murderers, our neighbors, brothers and sisters?

Tell me who the f*** a gay or lesbian or abortionists is really harming other than your susceptibility and then I will absolutely hate him. I will absolutely hate him like I hate the murderer, the sinner the rapist or whoever is harming whoever.

If it is only your opinion that is hurt, go f*** yourself!

And this is not divine command; this is only common sense.

Ecclesiastes series

“Men prepare a meal for enjoyment, and wine makes life merry, and money is the answer for everything”

[Ecclesiastes 10:19]

Ecclesiastes: Read this book. Live this life. Know these Words.

The fundamental book on futurology and the art of predictions has been written in the last part of the 3rd century Before Christ, a book of the Jewish Ketuvim, one of the three sections making up the Hebrew bible and part of the Old Testament: Ecclesiastes.

Nothing is new under the sun says Ecclesiastes, what happen yesterday will happen tomorrow. All the actions of man to build a better world or to prolong their life in even are inherently vain, futile, empty, meaningless, temporary, transitory, fleeting or mere breath, as the lives of both the wise and foolish men end and will always end in death. Wisdom, enlightenment is merely a mean for a well-lived earthly life; there is no eternal, mystical or spiritual meaning to it. In light of this senselessness, one should enjoy the simple pleasures of daily life, such as eating, drinking, and taking enjoyment in one’s work.

All people all people face death says Ecclesiastes; the world is full of risks, both political and economic, yet life is better than death, and we should enjoy life when we can. Men should enjoy life, but should not be greedy. No one knows what is good or wrong for humanity says Ecclesiastes; like for yesterday, humanity is still marching toward its grave. Righteousness and wisdom escape us. Mortals should take pleasure when they can, for a time may come when no one will.

The natural laws of the Universe are ruling our lives and mankind destiny, not whatever form of gods or heavenly entities. In 2014, like forever since the origins of man, religions, in the name of God will kill even more people; there will be more wars and more natural disasters that have nothing to do with either good or evil.

Your future, you are the one creating it. You create your own future, your own misery. God has nothing to do with it.

There is only one thing good for man: life itself!

Make it enjoyable.

The Obama Paradoxicality and Complexity

20 Monday May 2013

Barack Obama, Obama, White House

 OBAMA7534912

“What do I do next?”

EDITORIAL – Sometimes he will professed ignorance, some other times he will professed support; he will always talk but rarely act. Sometimes he uses his office aggressively; other times he looks unacquainted with the work of his own administration. This is governing the Obama way, governing à la carte, governing to please the crowds and look good: Say what the people say, agree with everyone, sit down and relax.

Obama has been willing to push the bounds of executive power when it comes to making life-and-death decisions about drone strikes on suspected terrorists or instituting new greenhouse gas emission standards for cars. But at many other times he has been shying away. On deportations of illegal immigrants, he first said he didn’t have the authority only to eventually gave in after months of public protest and private pressure from immigrant and Hispanic advocates, granting relief to certain people who had been brought to the United States as children. In key moments, Obama often opted against power plays. In the 2011 debt-ceiling fight, Obama ruled out unilaterally raising the country’s borrowing limit.

What else can you expect from arrogance and vanity. Leading the Obama way is leading from behind. This is the arrogance of power. I did not know; I was not told; I strongly oppose; I strongly support; they will have to pay for it; there are options; don’t argue with me; I am always right; yes we can; no I won’t. Leading the Obama way is leading without action, leading in inaction, leading by confusion and above and over everything else leading absolutely nowhere.

Obama’s sometimes-yes, sometimes-no approach can give the appearance that he’s all over the map but you will always find some to say his approach is deliberate and coherent: on national security, he exercises power to keep the country safe, whereas on domestic issues, he acts strategically on a case-by-case basis. For some others, Obama is deeply concerned both that his office . . . never violate its primary duty to abide by the Constitution’s checks and balances and that he nonetheless exercise those powers to the limit as needed to protect the nation and its people.

Obama came into office promising to rein in what he charged were frequent overreaches of executive authority by George W. Bush’s administration. He vowed to strive for non-ideological, bipartisan solutions to problems. In practice, Obama followed Bush’s lead when it came to executive power in fighting terrorism and other areas. His administration invoked the state-secrets privilege to avoid disclosing information when challenged in court, and Obama asserted executive privilege to withhold information from Congress amid questions about the Fast and Furious gun-tracking operation. He adopted a more aggressive stance on domestic policy after Republicans won control of the House in 2010, directing staff to look for ways to use administrative actions as end runs around a polarized Congress.

Obama’s advisers said the president thinks about executive power strategically and is willing to exert it fully — such as on environmental regulation — if doing so helps him move past obstacles on Capitol Hill and achieve specific objectives. “The president is always looking for ways to use his executive authority to advance his policy agenda,” White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer said. The only downside to this Obama way of governing is that he is seen as inconsistent or weak, and absolutely inconsistent and unpredictable.
